The FOOD ZURICH festival is celebrating its 10th anniversary and there is no better occasion to celebrate our new event tram.
There is green asparagus, white asparagus and Caspar Ruetz’s asparagus, who runs an asparagus farm shop in the centre of Zurich. The ‘Asparagus Caspar’, as he is known, is famous for serving only the very best asparagus. Or on the tables: namely those in the Event Tram. He favours maximum freshness and short transport routes, as he sources his german Baden asparagus directly from the producers. This is certainly the best way to enjoy one of the highlights of the ‘FOOD ZURICH’ festival and the end of the asparagus season!
