Important information
- Please note that some rides are accompanied by a tour guide. The tours are conducted in German or English and are marked accordingly in the ticket shop.
- Children receive a discount, prices can be found in the ticket shop.
- Transporting passengers in wheelchairs is generally possible by prior arrangement. Please contact us so that we can plan your journey.
- No more than 28 seats per ride can be booked. Larger groups please contact us by e-mail at eventlinie@vbz.ch or by telephone on 044 411 44 99.
- Dogs are not allowed on the tram.
- The tram does not have a toilet. Please use the toilets at the Bellevue loop.
- No child seats or pushchairs can be taken onto the tram.
